Minute 1 – 1 burpee/1 pistol
Minute 2 – 2 burpee/2 pistol
Minute 3 – 3 burpee/3 pistol
Etc. until you fall off the minute
*Once you fall off you have to complete the remaining burpees it takes to get to 100 total
* So for example if you do 10 burpees but only get 9 pistols on the minute you have to complete 45 burpees for your total time for the wod.
