Quick Reminders/Schedule Updates:

***Moving forward we will not be having Endurance Class on Fridays.  We will  now only be having it on Sundays at 1pm.

***This Saturday we will only be having one group class at 9am.  We will still be having Jakes  Oly Class at 8am though.

***If you have some trail running shoes bring them on Saturday.  We will be meeting at SMCF at 9 and then carpoolining over to the South mountain entrance off of 28th street.

***Within the next month we will be getting in an SMCF sweatshirt order together (3 options for Men and 3 options for Women)
