Wednesday resumes our regular 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Take some time and reflect on 2012, do not dwell on the negative, instead think about all the things you’ve accomplished. Consider some new fitness goals for 2013, write them down. Take some time this week and talk with a trainer or another member about those goals and let’s achieve them together! Your first pullup? DU’s? first muscle-up? a sub 8min mile? your first triathlon (hint hint, AC tri this summer).
