SMCF is very thankful to have such great athletes/friends/family and we want to wish you and yours a very HAPPY TURKEY DAY.  Before you pig out and enjoy some much needed  family time come in and catch a fun partner workout!

***Below are the new designs for our SMCF hoodies.  Please sign up at the gym if you are interested in getting a hooded sweatshirt for the winter.  All orders must be in by Friday 12/6.

Conditioning:

28 minute AMRAP with a partner

2 deadlifts (1 bar between the team; average per team between 60-70% of 1 rep max)

4 sled pushes

6 toes to bar

8 burpees

10 slam balls

12 gobbler squats (One kb per team)

 

* Each teammate  has to complete the assigned reps at each station before you move on. Only one person works at a time.
