Rollin’ Deep with the Saturday morning crew again!  Reminder that tomorrow @ 12pm (after Open Gym) we will be holding  brief nutrition discussion about our upcoming SMCF Nutrition Challenge.  We have pushed back the start date of the Challenge to 1/28/12 and will have packets of info. at the gym this early next week.  Clean out your fridges and cabinets this week!
