Strength:  Weighted Pullups

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps – 24/20
12 Push press – 115/75
9 Toes-to-bar

*Great work everyone tonight on “The Chief”.  Hope to see everyone tomorrow crush there scores from the open wod 12.2  last year.  For everyone that is new to this look it up on youtube to see the workout from last year and get after it tomorrow!   Couple pieces of advice;  pace the box jumps, hang on for as many reps as possible of the push press each round and break up the T2B into reasonable chunks also stay CLOSE to the RIG and your BAR.

*Speaking of the CrossFit Open we are looking to get AMPAP (as many people as possible) on the South Mountain team.  It is an amazing event each year and it is so cool to compete against CrossFitters from all over the world.  On Saturday 2/23 we are going to hold a brief meeting at 10am   to discuss the Open and answer any questions that people may have.  Please check out the video below.  Get Excited!
