Rules of the WOD.

Work with a partner, can be broken up in any format the teams deem will be the most efficient, only one partner moving at a time.

If a large class try to pair with someone of equal strength/skill to keep amount of equipment minimal.

If odd number of ppl on a team the reps of 100 will be 150 and reps of 50 will be 75.
