10am-12pm OPEN wod for athletes completing the 2014 CrossFit Open
Another great night of Friday Night Lights in the books! A lot of people getting their first chest to bar pull-ups, and a ton of people giving their all trying to get that first rep. The OPEN can become really intense, especially when a movement comes up that you don’t love or can’t even do. Try not to let that intensity turn negative. Taking on a WOD that scares the crap out of you will only make you stronger in the long run. If you choose to take that WOD head on, facing your fears, weaknesses, and insecurities, just think how much stronger you will be the next time that WOD comes back around. STAND TALL, even if it means staring at that pull-up bar for 3 minutes.
