Big day at SMCF!! Everytime a benchmark comes up our athletes show up with their game-faces on and really turn it up a notch! There was definitely intensity in the air! We had multiple athletes getting their first pullups!! Others doing their first Rx WOD with pullups!!! Others PRing on their backsquats!!!! and many PRing big on Helen!!!!! Amazing to watch.

Some of you may have met Kate B today, she joined us for her first group WOD fresh out of Fundamentals, be sure to introduce yourself to her next time she’s in.  Nice job today Kate!
