This will all be done combine style, meaning you can start at any station.  15 minute blocks at each station, then move onto the next one until all 3 stations are finished. (Choose Wisely)

A. 1 rep max shoulder to oh  (15 minutes)
B.  1500 meter row for time
C.  For time (15 minute cap)
50 clean and jerks 115/80  50 bar facing burpees
