For the next two weeks the SMCF conditioning will be made up by your awesome trainers and some of the 2014 SMCF Regional team members.  Remember to tell the trainers and team members how much you LOVE their workouts!

Strength/Skill:8 minutes to find a max squat snatch* really focus on catching at the bottom2 minute rest

2 minute max strict hspus 25+ abmat
* sub is kipping hspus
* second sub is db strict press

10-1 ohs 135/95
* in between each round of ohs perform 5 strict pull-ups
then
400 meter run

* sub is kipping pull-ups
