Good Luck to all SMCF athletes who are competing this weekend at the 2014 SteelFit Championships qualifiers in Morristown, NJ.  If you are interested in car pooling together people will be meeting at SMCF at 6:15 am and will be leaving at 6:30 am.  As coach’s we are so excited to see all your hard work shine this weekend in Morristown…Respect Is Earned!

* every 2 minutes perform 2 deadlifts at 80-85% of 1 rep max
* These aren’t touch and go. Reset for each lift.
