20 Squat Cleans (115/80) (total, 10 each)
20 Power Snatches (115/80) (total, 10 each)
20 Ring Dips (scale = Matador Dips, or Banded Dips)
100 Ft. Handstand Walk (total, 50 ft. each)

(scale for handstand walk = 30 Sec. handstand hold each, 1 min total, or 30 sec inverted pike hold on
box each, 1 min. total)

*For Handstand Walks, one partner goes, then the other, not at the same time. For handstand hold
scales, one partner goes, then the other, not at the same time.

*Can’t start next movement/run until all reps on previous exercise are completed.
