Conditioning:

A. 16 minute emom
Even – 10 cal row (goal for guys all under
:30, girls under :40)
Odd – 3 thrusters (starts at 135/95)

B. A. 16 minute emom
Even – 9 ghd sit-ups (first 4 rounds), 12 ghd sit-ups (last 4 rounds)
Odd – 9 burpees (first 4 rounds), 12 burpees (last 4 rounds)

*sub for ghds are wb sit-ups or slam ball situps
