WHAT IS PEAK 60?
Do I have to be in shape already?
Absolutely not! The Peak 60 program is an interval style class designed to get you moving, help boost your metabolism, and to immerse you in a positive and fun environment. In fact, most of our participants have never done interval training or haven’t in a long time!
The Peak 60 Program is for anyone! You will get a great workout no matter what your level of fitness is. However, most of our participants are starting an exercise program, recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to change up their same old gym routine, or are looking to get back into shape.
PEAK 60 PRICING:$40 per month (1x per week) $60 per month (1x per week + Saturday classes) $60 punch card for 6 classes $15 drop-in fee
AEROBIC CAPACITY COURSE
9 week course including 18 workouts!
Led by Coach Dan Burnett, CF Endurance Certified
$36 current members, $63 non-members
GYMNASTICS SKILLS & DRILLS- LEVELS 1, 2, 3, & 4
24 workouts for 12 weeks
Led by Coach Scott Ribarchik, CF Level 2 & CF Gymnastics Certified
Appropriate for beginners all the way to advanced athletes
