WHAT IS PEAK 60?
Do I have to be in shape already?
Absolutely not! The Peak 60 program is an interval style class designed to get you moving, help boost your metabolism, and to immerse you in a positive and fun environment.
In fact, most of our participants have never done interval training or haven’t in a long time!
The Peak 60 Program is for anyone! You will get a great workout no matter what your level of fitness is.
However, most of our participants are starting an exercise program, recovering from an injury or surgery, looking to change up their same old gym routine, or are looking to get back into shape.
No, Peak 60 is not CrossFit, but it is still functional fitness.
There are no highly skilled gymnastics movements or barbell lifts and there is no requirement to complete fundamentals before entering.
Classes have more of a cardiovascular base with intermittent weight training and circuit training to help with fat burning. The structure is simple yet effective, meaning anyone and everyone can do it

9 week course including 18 workouts!

GYMNASTICS SKILLS & DRILLS- LEVELS 1, 2, 3, & 4
24 workouts for 12 weeks
Led by Coach Scott Ribarchik, CF Level 2 & CF Gymnastics Certified
Appropriate for beginners all the way to advanced athletes
