There’s nothing more thrilling than smashing a new PR or surprising yourself with a faster WOD time!  BUT, our 3 month goal challenge is officially starting this WEDNESDAY.  Have you already met one or more of your 3-month goals you originally set?  If so, please update them to newer and even more challenging goals.  Remember, the point is to push yourself out of your comfort zone to perform at the best of your abilities.

We will have blank goal sheets this week at the gym, along with a binder of all of your previous goal sheets.  Please look through them and update as necessary.
