This WOD is being held to raise money for those who have felt the impact of Hurricane Sandy, particularly Mike and Molly Abgarian.  The WOD is free for all, but donations will be accepted the day of the event.

1 minute burpees

1 minute db thruster  35/25

1 minute pull-ups

1 minute air dyne for calories
