Reminders/Updates:

***This Saturday CF HONOR is running a benefit workout for Candace Nickischer.  The workout starts at 9am and is for both beginners and more advanced CrossFitters.  This workout is for an awesome cause, please check out the flyer in the gym when you get a moment and if you are available try and make it out.

Conditioning:

4 rounds of

2 minute amrap of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats)

*1 minute rest in between each round

* ALL OUT on each round

***It has been another tough week at SMCF  and we are extremely proud of all of you.  Make sure you are getting the proper recovery and remember if you have a thought that it is to HEAVY it probably is…scale appropriately!
