Athlete Christa Tam recently competed an absolutely insane amount of running, without specifically training for a marathon!  Goes to show that CrossFit training does a heck of a lot more than just make you stronger!  From Christa:  Here are a couple pictures of me from the Dopey Challenge at Disney.  It was a 5k on Thursday, 10k on Friday, half marathon Saturday and full marathon Sunday for a total of 48.6 miles in four days.  There were 7000 Dopey participants.  If we completed the challenge, we got 6 medals, 4 from the races and then one for completing the Goofy Challenge (1/2 and full marathons) and one for the Dopey Challenge (finishing all 4 races). For not running more than once per week, I managed to run the first three races entirely and I ran 95% of the marathon, which was my first marathon and I completed it in 4hrs, 55 min.
