Nutrition challenge starts next Monday…have you thought about your goals?   With that being said does anybody have any suggestions for happy hour on Saturday night?  Margaret is celebrating her birthday at Allentown Brew Works on Saturday night around 8pm, we can all head over after happy hour/hours!  Look forward to seeing everyone the next few days and then cap off the week with a get together Saturday night.
