Reminders/Updates:

*After the 6pm class tomorrow night  please join some of us in helping to celebrate coach Fox’s upcoming birthday right down the road at Strange Brew in Allentown.  Also make sure to join us Tuesday 2/4  to take on coach Fox’s B-day workout!

* Yoga is on tomorrow night at 7pm

* Come out and support your SMCF crew this weekend as they take on the Winter Warmer II in Montgomeryville on Saturday 2/1 from 9am to 5pm and the 3rd week of the Tri- County Throwdown at CrossFit Rage on Sunday 2/2, starting at 11:30am.
