The first week of the Open is in the books!  Congrats to everyone who participated!  The energy in the box has been awesome, so lets keep it up and get a great week of training in.

Oh yea and no big deal we are 58th in the region out of 233 teams!  Beyond all the scores and extra reps the thing we as coaches are the most proud of is how all of you have helped to push each other and truly come together as a Family.  That is the most important part of our community and to be honest why we fell in love with CrossFit. Thank you all for the positive energy everyday it does more than you all know.

Also great to see some new faces stop in to catch the Open workout…come on back anytime!
