Here we go SMCF…The third workout of the Open has been announced! Fox and Pete decided to take it on last night.  Notice the fabulous 80s tank tops they’re rocking.  Be sure to get yours from a trainer if you’re participating in the Open.

150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10′ target/ 14 lbs to a 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
