What an incredible first day of our SMCF competitors attacking the Open!!  Tons of PR’s, lots of sweat, burpees, and snatches.  All in a good day’s work.  If you hit a PR or were able to exceed your expectations, post to comments.  We want to hear about it!!  Next time for the Open workout will be held Saturday at 10am.
