Fight Gone Bad Style Partner WOD, 2 Rounds
Box jump overs (1 min/1 min)
Sing arm snatch KB/DB (1 min/1min)
Forward lunges (1 min/1 min)
Partner sit-ups w med ball (2 min)
1 min rest between rounds
2 min at each station. First 3 moves split between partners, each accumulating max reps for 1 min. Partner sit-ups and burpees accumulating max reps for 1 min. Partner sit-ups and burpees accumulate max. reps over 2 min with your partner. Burpees must be alternating.
