A. Conditioning:

2 mile run for time

*30 minute time cap

At 40 minute mark complete part B

B. Conditioning:

12 minute amrap of Cindy

5 pullups

10 push ups

15 air squats

*On the top of every 2 minutes starting at zero complete 12 kbs 55/35

*Pick up in the workout where you left off.

*Score for part B is total rounds and reps
