10 Rounds each with a partner:

– 2 Squat Clean Thrusters (ascending weight,
starts at 95/65)
– 200M Row

then……
1 Mile Run

3,2,1,Go….
Partner 1 does 2 Squat Clean Thrusters
Partner 2 does 200 M Row
when both partners finish, switch, now
Partner 1 does 200M Row
Partner 2 does 2 Squat Clean Thrusters
*That equals 1 Round.

Starting weight is 95/65, add weight every round,
whether that is 2.5’s, 5’s, 10’s, goal is to add
weight each round so you finish up at a heavy
2 Rep Max Squat Clean Thruster.
If 95/65 is too heavy of a starting weight, scale
that so you can still attempt to add weight each
round.
Not Touch & Go, each rep comes from ground,
you have the duration of time it takes your
partner to row 200M to complete the two lifts.
Rest between two reps as much as needed.

Once 10th round is completed, Partners go on a
1 Mile run together.

Score = Time when both cross finish line from
1 mile run.
