Alot of you have put in tremendous amounts of hard work is the past 4 weeks during the Wellness Challenge.  Tomorrow you get a chance to test your fitness…crush it everyone.

This will all be done combine style, meaning you can start at any station.  15 minute blocks at each station, then move onto the next one until all 3 stations are finished. (Choose Wisely)

A. 1 rep max shoulder to oh  (15 minutes)
B.  1500 meter row for time
C.  For time (15 minute cap)
50 clean and jerks 115/80  50 bar facing burpees
