Today was very exciting at SMCF.  We as trainers are all so proud of you for taking on this challenge and kicking butt.  We saw some major PR’s today…hopefully you can carry that momentum into tomorrow.

A. Conditioning:

2 mile run for time

*30  minute time cap

6 minute rest

B. Conditioning:

Option A (For those participating in the wellness challenge)

12 minute amrap of Cindy

5 pullups

10 push ups

15 air squats

*On the top of every 2 minutes starting at zero complete 12 kbs 55/35

*Pick up in the workout where you left off.

*Score for part B is total rounds and reps

Option B (for those who arent doing the wellness challenge and dont want to tackle Option A)

5 strict hspus

10 plate situps 45/25

15 goblet squats 55/35
