* 50 meter shuttle sprint

* 300 meter shuttle sprint

–  This is very similar to one of the first workouts that we did as a group at the park off of Route 22.  While this may be a bit heavier and potentially longer runs it is always good to track back to your ROOTS.    Remember having to load the ridgeline in the dark? This one def. goes out to our OG’S who have stuck by our side since day 1….Regulators Mount Up!
