***Good luck to all those competing at Test Your Metal tomorrow and Sunday.  Look for the SMCF tent out there…stop over and sit under the tent grab some water in between kicking A$$.  Remember Respect Is Earned.

Reminders:

1.  We will not be having OLY class at 8am on Saturday July 20, 2013 but all the other regularly scheduled Saturday classes are on.

2.  No Open Gym on Sunday July 21, 2013.

3.  Starting next week no 7am classes.
