Conditioning:
Perform the following workouts with a partner
A. 12 minutes to find a max snatch between you and your partner; score is the highest successful lift for each partner
partner A – 135
partner B – 165
total = 200

B. 200 kbs 55/45 + max meters on the rower
* One kb for each team
* One partner starts with swinging the kb one partner starts on the rower. Once the kb drops to the ground the partners need to switch.
* Score for the workout is max meters on the rower and also the time it took the team to complete the 200 kbs.

C. 3 minute AMRAP max box jumps 30/24
*both partners can alternate jumps.
* score is total box jumps accumulated by your team
