We are giving our coaching staff some important and much needed R&R for the holiday.

November 28th: No Group Classes. *Open Gym Only.
November 29th: 5:30am, 8am, & 9am Group Classes Only. *Open Gym.
November 30th: 9am Group Class & *Open Gym.
December 1st: *Open Gym.
**Our 7 class fundamentals series is required for all new members. Pre-registration for these classes is REQUIRED and must be scheduled in advance.

Please note: Classes last approximately 1 hour. Visitors please arrive about 15 minutes early so forms and other administrative duties can be completed. Please see a staff member for your copy. Open Gym is included in unlimited packages. However, if you have a punch card, attending either of these classes counts towards your punch card.
