**WE ARE NOW OFFERING A FREE COMMUNITY CLASS EVERY SATURDAY @ 10:30am.

**Please note that attendance is limited to 2x for non-members

**Fundamentals are required for all new members.  Pre-registration for Fundamentals classes is REQUIRED.  Please email us for dates and more information to register.**

Please note: Classes last approximately 1 hour.  Visitors please arrive about 15 minutes early so forms and other administrative duties can be completed. There are specific rules and guidelines for Open Gym.  It is required that each athlete read and sign a copy of these rules before attending these classes.  Please see a staff member for your copy.
