We are giving our coaching staff some important and much needed R&R for the holiday.

Tuesday, December 24th: 5:30am, 8am, & 9am Group Classes + Open Gym (additional hours for current members)
Wednesday, December 25th: NO GROUP CLASSES
Tuesday, December 31st: 5:30am, 9am, 4pm Group Classes + Open Gym (additional hours for current members)
Wednesday, January 1st: 1pm Group Class + Open Gym (additional hours for current members)
**Our 7 class fundamentals series is required for all new members. Pre-registration for these classes is REQUIRED and must be scheduled in advance.

Please note: Classes last approximately 1 hour. Visitors please arrive about 15 minutes early so forms and other administrative duties can be completed. Please see a staff member for your copy. Open Gym is included in unlimited packages. However, if you have a punch card, attending either of these classes counts towards your punch card.
