**Fundamentals are required for all new members and are held 2x a month, typically Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 7am or 7pm. Pre-registration for Fundamentals classes is REQUIRED. Please email us for dates and more information to register.**
**CrossFit Kids classes with be held every Saturday 11:30-12:30pm, from October 26th-December 14th.***
Classes last approximately 1 hour.
Visitors please arrive about 15 minutes early so forms and other administrative duties can be completed.
There are specific rules and guidelines for Open Gym. It is required that each athlete read and sign a copy of these rules before attending these classes. Please see a staff member for your copy.
Yoga, Olympic Lifting, Endurance Classes, and Open Gym are included in unlimited packages at no additional cost. However, if you have a punch card or 2x per week membership, attending either of these classes counts towards your 2x per week or punch card.
