**Fundamentals are required for all new members.  Pre-registration for Fundamentals classes is REQUIRED.  Please email us for dates and more information to register.**

Please note: Classes last approximately 1 hour.  Visitors please arrive about 15 minutes early so forms and other administrative duties can be completed.  Open Gym is included in unlimited packages.  However, if you have a punch card, attending either of these classes counts towards your punch card.
