***Hope everyone had a great weekend and got to enjoy the beautiful weather.  Congratulations to all who competed down in Point Pleasant this weekend.  It was another great event and was really cool/extremely tiring to workout in the sand!  Also thanks to all the friends and family that came down to cheer everyone on.   It is always nice to look up into the stands and see your SMCF family giving you words of encouragement  to go after that next rep.  If anyone is still interested in signing up for the Test Your Metal comp in July there are still some individual spots left.  The SMCF crew will be out in full force!

Check out the new tanks that are on sale this week for both Men and Women.  Speak with a trainer if you are interested in one.  We will also be putting in a shorts order within the next two weeks if anyone is interested.  Samples will be available at the gym to take a look at.
