I’m a certified nutrition health coach for active individuals who desire better performance and more energy during workouts and long workdays. I help you to be unstoppable in and out of the gym with whole food nutrition and creating a strong mindset so you can feel your happiest and healthiest self. As your personal guide I work with you to implement strategies to incorporate healthy eating into your busy lifestyle.
I received a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology with a minor in psychology from SUNY Albany. While there I also played for their division 1 field hockey team. I continued my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I’ve studied over a 100 nutritional and holistic dietary theories directly from the top professionals in their fields. I believe in bio-individuality, which means what works for one person may not work for another. We create a personalized plan at a pace that works for you.
I also am a CrossFit coach and athlete. I understand the glory and pain of these workouts. How much we have to fuel ourselves to recover so we can have less needed rest days and more days progressing and hitting PRs.
