MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

  • Unlimited Group Classes  – $150 per month
  • Unlimited Group Classes plus 1 personal training session per month – $180 per month
  • SUMMER SPECIAL FOR TEENS & COLLEGE STUDENTS- $90 per month
  • 3x per week – $130
  • 3x per week plus 1 personal training session per month – $160
  • 2x per week – $110
  • 2x per week plus 1 personal training session per month – $140
  • Open Gym Membership – $100
  • 6 session travelers pass – $90 (good for 90 days)
  • Drop-in Fee – $20 per class (or buy and SMCF t-shirt!)

*Add a 5 pass or 10 pass discounted  personal training option to your membership for $150 or $250.  This rate only applies to members that carry a monthly membership option.

FUNDAMENTALS (required for all new athletes): 

  • Group Fundamentals Start Up Package – $240 (includes 6 required group sessions + 1 month unlimited membership)
  • Group Fundamentals Start Up Package plus 5 additional personal training sessions – $340 (includes 6 required group sessions , 1 month unlimited membership + 5 additional personal training sessions)
  • Group Fundamentals Start Up 3 month Unlimited Package – $420 (includes 6 required group sessions + 3 month unlimited membership)
  • Individual Fundamentals Start Up Package – $300 (includes 6 personal training sessions, 60 minutes each + 1 month unlimited membership)
  • Individual Fundamentals Start Up 3 month Unlimited Package – $480 (includes 6 required group sessions + 3 month unlimited membership)
  • Individual Fundamentals Start Up Package plus 5 additional personal training sessions – $400 (includes 6 required group sessions , 1 month unlimited membership + 5 additional personal training sessions)
  • Group Fundamentals Classes only – $180 (includes 6 sessions, 60 minutes each),
  • Individual Fundamentals Classes only – $210 (includes 6 personal training sessions, 60 minutes each)

*The individual fundamentals training is ideal you’re not able to make the group class, or would like individual attention before you enter a group setting, this is a great option!

Barbell-Club

  • Maximum Effort Barbell Club – $35 a month  (3 day per week programming), $50 a month (5 day a week programming) with a South mountain CrossFit membership  –
  •   $110 a month – includes, open gym membership plus 3 days of programming weekly
  •   $120 a month – includes, open gym membership plus 5 days of programming weekly

*Personal Training is a great option is you have specific athletic or health goals in mind, want individualized programming, or prefer one-on-one coaching attention.  Contact us for small group training rates.

DISCOUNTS:

Military & Students:  Firefighters, policemen and women, first responders, and members of the U.S. military and armed forces, as well as students receive a 15% discount on all memberships, excluding fundamentals and the fundamentals series package.*Valid ID is required*

Family:  The first family member (highest cost membership) pays full price, and additional family members receive 20% off the regularly priced memberships.  Only one discount can apply to memberships (i.e. a student cannot receive a student discount plus a family discount is addition).
